HAPPY REASON TO BELIEVE THERE IS HOPE!

"For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this."

Isaiah 9:6-7

What a privilege! What joy! "A child is born!" The Word became flesh! We have a King!

Unfortunately, the knowledge of this truth is still not for everyone, but that is why we are here. So that all ears may hear and every tongue confess that He is OUR Lord and Savior – JESUS CHRIST! Prince of Peace! Emmanuel! The only one worthy of all worship, and before whom every knee should bow!

May our celebration not be for a decorated tree full of presents that will be opened, celebrated, and soon forgotten, or for a table full of food to satisfy our hunger or desire to eat the delicious dishes of this time of year, but for the celebration of the birth of the One who came into the world for us. For the ONLY and most important reason we celebrate this day is the fact that we have received the BEST gift God could give us: JESUS!

Celebrate the reason we believe there is hope, and share it with those who do not yet know!
