UPDATE | MISSIONARY LIFE 🇺🇸

October - November 2023

Hello friends, here is another update (with great news!!!) about my missionary journey. :)

On November 8th I was born again and I am very happy and grateful for that!

Growing up in a Christian family does not make me a person who believes in Jesus Christ, but declaring that He is my Lord, ONLY and Sufficient Savior - Yes!

Isaac, a student at the school, asked for baptism on a night we have for worship, and I felt that I should also take this important step that publicly declares my faith.

I had the honor of being baptized by the best leaders that God gave me for this season and, once again, being blessed by their lives. Marina and Diego are undoubtedly people who inspire me in their fear of God and how they live the Gospel.

Looking at the photos that captured this special moment in my life, I can see how blessed I am and how privileged I am to have friends by my side who have become a beautiful family, who inspire me and give me the strength to persist. Praise the Lord for that!

As it is in Proverbs 27:17 - "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." And this is how I have seen and experienced in relation to the people around me!

FALL DTS 2023

FIRST PHASE:

Time is flying, and we are already a few weeks away from completing the first phase of the School... Each week we can see how the students have grown and deepened their relationship with God and experienced the transformation that DTS provides.

It is gratifying to know that in some way I am contributing to this phase of each student's life. In addition to having the privilege of listening and learning more about the teachings presented in each class. I'm more sure that the word of God is ALIVE and effective, bringing us new learning in every contact we have with it.

As we will always have a seat at the table, we got together to celebrate this achievement!

OUTREACH:

The phase that everyone is eagerly awaiting is approaching!!

We will have two teams representing Fall DTS 2023 and, with Micah, I am leading TEAM MINNCHIC! (Minnesota and Chicago), with 3 students who are obeying God's call to serve this nation.

Being an outreach leader is a new challenge for me, which at the same time gives me butterflies in my stomach and also fills me with joy knowing that God is trusting me with this mission.

Our Outreach awaits us with an intense winter and lots of snow!!! All our contacts always remind us that it will be very cold there, which confirms some of the answers we had when we were praying about the locations we should go and God showed us a lot of snow and intense cold (no surprise here hahahha).

We need to prepare and be WELL equipped for the next phase!

PRAYER REQUESTS:

Well, the list of prayer requests may be a little long for what I believe we need, but I would like to leave it open for you to pray for what God also puts in your heart. And, if you have any words of encouragement for my team, feel free to send them to me!

Prayer list:

• Pray that our eyes remain fixed on God and Him calling for our lives;

• Pray that the work that God began will be completed in us;

• Pray for the divine appointments that God has for us there;

• Pray for the team’s needs to be met here and there;

• Pray that our hearts are in the right place;

• Pray that our team stays in unit.

IMPACTING MORE LIVES!

In the month of October we held a Banquet with international dishes to contribute financially to the FAN (Friends of All Nations) ministry. We were greatly blessed by all the donations we received and by each person who volunteered to help us that day.

Certainly, "SERVING" is something this incredible team knows how to do best!

We also had the opportunity to connect with new international students and have fun with them while bowling. These students came from other nations and are here to train professionally, which gives us the opportunity to make God's name known to the nations around us!
